Stocfore is run by a single independent developer. These terms are written to be readable. Where something is deliberately left out, it is because it does not apply rather than because it was hidden.

1. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your login details to yourself and the accuracy of the business information you enter. One account is one business. Tell us if you believe someone else is using your account.

2. Acceptable use

Use Stocfore to manage your own inventory. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk email, resell access, probe or attack the service, or attempt to extract data belonging to another account. Automated access is rate limited, and exceeding the limit gets requests refused rather than queued.

3. Your data

Your inventory data stays yours. You can export it on a paid plan and delete your account at any time, which removes it permanently. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, calculate from it and show it back to you. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

4. What Stocfore is, and is not

Stocfore calculates from the data you give it. It is a decision aid, not an accountant, a tax adviser or an inventory system of record. Figures depend entirely on what you upload: if your sales history or stock counts are wrong, the output will be confidently wrong.

Recommendations are suggestions. Stocfore does not know your business well enough to tell you what to buy, and does not pretend to. Verify anything that matters before acting on it.

Calculations are arithmetic and are explained by a language model. The model is instructed never to invent a number, but you should still check any figure that drives a purchase.

5. Availability

The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime. A planned or unplanned outage can interrupt it. Errors are corrected when found, and a calculation that is wrong is fixed rather than defended.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew. Plan limits are shown on the pricing page and are enforced there.

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. After that, a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice, and never mid-period.

7. Suspension and termination

An account may be suspended for abuse, for example automated scraping or an attempt to reach another account's data. You can close your account at any time from Settings. After closure your data is deleted and cannot be recovered.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or business decisions made on the basis of the output. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes take effect from the updated date above, and continuing to use Stocfore after that means you accept them.
