This is a factual description of what the app stores, and which processors receive it. It is written from the running code, not from a template.
When you sign up we store your email address and the name from your sign-up form, along with your plan and your remaining AI credit balance. Your password is hashed by our authentication provider before it is stored; we never see or keep the plain text.
You choose what to upload. The CSV import stores the product name, SKU, current stock, unit cost, selling price, supplier name and lead time for each row, plus a daily sales history generated from the sales total you supply. Purchase orders you create are stored with their supplier and line items.
The uploaded file itself is not stored. It is parsed in the browser request, converted into rows, and discarded. Uploading a new file replaces your previous dataset.
When you run an AI analysis, the figures for the products involved are sent to our AI provider to generate the response. This happens only when you press an analysis button, never in the background. Each analysis consumes credits from your plan.
If you subscribe, our payment provider receives your email address and the transaction. Card details go directly to the payment provider and never touch our servers. We store only your plan, the subscription status and the billing period dates.
If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we record which pages are visited, the referring source and an approximate region. This is aggregate, cookie-free data. It is not linked to your account and is never used to target advertising. Declining stops it completely.
